I will draw your memorable pet photo into a beautiful illustration! Just provide your photo and I will create a high-quality, custom illustration that you can remember forever. I will carefully illustrate distinct features of your pet in the portrait, ensuring that every aspect of the illustration gives your pet's true personality and individuality. Please read before purchasing
Your order is a digital product only, it will be sent to you by email in high definition. No physical copy will be shipped.

- You will be sent a PNG & PDF file of your illustration.
- This is a hand drawn illustration. Created for A3 size making it suitable to print in A3, A4, A2 and more. Please leave a note at checkout if you are after a custom size.
- Once your illustration has started, changes to the reference photo are not permitted. Minor revisions to the existing artwork are okay, but a new photo requires a new order.
- We can illustrate any type of pet! Contact us if you have any questions.

How to order
1. Choose Your Portrait Style: Decide whether you want full colour, or line art.
2. Select Number of Pets: Choose the number of characters to include (each pet counts as one character), then place your order.
3. Submit Reference Photos: Use the "upload file" feature to send your photo that you want illustrated.
4. Receive Your Artwork Proof: Expect to receive an artwork proof of your digital portrait within 1-3 business days. This will be sent to your email you used to purchase with.
5. Request Changes: If needed, request any adjustments, and you'll receive the revised portrait via email within one business day.
6. Leave a Review: Support my small business by leaving a review on your experience.

Reference Photos
While creating portraits from your photos, some details may be simplified, but we'll strive to capture the essence of each pet. Please select reference photos carefully, as the drawing will reflect colour, hair texture, and more. If you have specific requests for changes, inform us before the drafting process begins. Please make sure your pet is still and in frame in your uploaded photo.

No Group Photo? No Problem!
If you don't have a group photo, send individual photos of each pet you want included, and we'll combine them into one portrait. Just make sure you select how many characters you want included in the illustration.

Personalisation
Your portrait can include any text you desire, such as your pets name, or a special message. You can also choose your background colour. Write all this information in the personalisation text box. If left blank there will be no text.

Production Time
Standard production time is 1-3 business days. For rush orders, please inquire about expedited options. We are an Australian based business so business times are for AEST.

Photo Rights And Usage
By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. You also agree that the photos may be used for advertising purposes, let us know if you would like to op-out. We are not liable for any copyright violations related to the photos provided.
