How to order
1. Choose Your Portrait Style: Decide whether you want full colour, spotted colour line art or line art
2. Select Characters: Choose the number of characters to include (each pet counts as one character), then place your order.
3. Submit Reference Photos: Use the "upload file" feature to send your favorite photos.
4. Receive Your Draft: Expect to receive a draft of your digital portrait within 12 working hours.
5. Request Changes: If needed, request any adjustments, and you'll receive the revised portrait via email within one business day.
6. Leave a Review: Support my work by leaving a review.

Reference Photos
While creating portraits from your photos, some details may be simplified, but we'll strive to capture the essence of each individual. Please select reference photos carefully, as the drawing will reflect hairstyles, clothing, and accessories like glasses and hats. If you have specific requests for changes, inform us before the drafting process begins. Note that outfit changes cannot be made after the draft is completed.

No Group Photo? No Problem!
If you don't have a group photo, send individual photos of each person or pet you want included, and we'll combine them into one portrait.

Personalisation
Your portrait can include any text you desire, such as your name, surname, company name, or a special message. You can also choose your background colour.

Production Time
Standard production time is 12 hours. For rush orders, please inquire about expedited options. We are an Australian based business so business times are for AEST. - Open Approx. 10am-7pm

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. You also agree that the photos may be used for our social media and advertising purposes. We are not liable for any copyright violations related to the photos provided.
