Shipping Policy - Arttay Designs

At Arttay Designs, we're committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience. As a small Australian business based in Newcastle, NSW, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping information to help set your expectations for delivery:

Australian Orders

  • Standard Delivery: We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to Australia Post's website for more accurate delivery times and tracking updates.
  • Tracking: To keep costs down, we don’t add tracking to all orders. For smaller, lighter items such as stickers, decals, bookmarks, and similar products, we send them via standard untracked mail. If you would like to add tracking to your order, you can select the tracking option at checkout or choose the express shipping option.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer an express shipping option. This will include tracking and is ideal if you need your order quickly. Delivery times typically range from 1-3 business days.

International Orders

  • Shipping Times: International orders are sent via Australia Post and can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and customs processing times.
  • Customs & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country. These charges are not covered by Arttay Designs and must be paid directly to the customs authorities.
  • Tracking: For international orders, we recommend selecting tracked shipping for added peace of mind, as it ensures you can monitor your package’s progress.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: We aim to keep shipping affordable. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occur during busy periods, such as holidays, and through customs processing.
